Who Are We?

Navv Foundation is an independent nonprofit (Yayasan) based in Indonesia, established as part of the Navv Studio ecosystem but governed locally with its own Supervisory Board and Directors.

We are a mission-driven organisation dedicated to advancing Indonesia’s workforce and innovation ecosystems to improve Indonesia’s GDP per Capita.

Our work focuses on three pillars:

• Education & Literacy – Equipping youth and workers with digital and entrepreneurial skills.
• Entrepreneurship & Workforce Development – Supporting SMEs (UMKM) and startups in building sustainable growth.
• Sustainability & Communities – Contributing to national priorities and sustainable development goals.

Our team combines experience in venture building, government engagement, and community partnerships — enabling us to serve as a bridge between international innovation and local impact.

Why We Exist?

Indonesia faces urgent challenges in digital literacy, workforce readiness and housing. While opportunities are vast, many communities, associations, and ministries need a partner that prioritises long-term social good over short-term commercial returns.

Navv Foundation was created as a nonprofit platform dedicated to addressing these gaps to building talent, advancing literacy, and fostering partnerships that support Indonesia’s sustainable development.

By standing alongside, but not inside, Navv Studio’s ventures, the Foundation ensures that innovation is matched with social progress, creating lasting social impact for communities across Indonesia.

What Do We Do?

We turn Indonesia’s potential into lasting impact by building skills, supporting entrepreneurs, and fostering sustainable communities. Our work is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Indonesia’s national priorities:

1. Literacy & Education (SDG 4 – Quality Education)
   • We provide training in digital literacy, ICT, and entrepreneurship to equip youth and workers with future-ready skills for the digital economy.
2. Entrepreneurship & UMKM Support (SDG 8 – Decent Work & Economic Growth)
   • We help small and medium enterprises (UMKM) and startups grow sustainably by offering mentorship, market access, and innovation support.
3. Sustainability & Housing Innovation (SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities & Communities)
   • We partner with government, developers, and associations to improve housing quality, strengthen workforce readiness, and contribute to sustainable urban development.
4. Ecosystem Partnerships (SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals)
   • We collaborate with ministries, associations, universities, and international NGOs to co-create solutions that scale impact across Indonesia.
